The e-breathe Chemical Blue respiratory protective suit is a one-piece, liquid-tight chemical protective suit with integrated powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) designed for professional use in contaminated, hazardous, and demanding working environments. Developed for industrial applications, hazardous material operations, decontamination, emergency services, medical personnel, and first responders, the system combines a high level of protection, ergonomic wearing comfort, and maximum freedom of movement.
The protective suit is manufactured from Chemprotex™ 300, a high-performance five-layer chemical barrier laminate that is lightweight and incorporates a spunbond inner lining for enhanced wearer comfort. It protects the wearer against a wide range of industrial chemicals and other hazardous substances commonly encountered in civilian emergency response operations.
Thanks to the integrated respiratory protection system with continuous airflow supply, the protective suit is ideally suited for extended periods of use under high physical strain.
Kemblok™ glove system (optional)
Permanently welded chemical protective gloves with additional barrier technology for enhanced protection. The Kemblok™ gloves incorporate the proven chemical barrier technology of the Chemprotex 300 material while providing even greater chemical resistance through two additional barrier layers. The outer neoprene gloves are designed to provide mechanical protection. The elastic outer sleeve prevents liquids from entering the gloves.
Push-Fit glove replacement system (optional)
The suit can be equipped with a Push-Fit glove replacement system. This enables a liquid-tight connection between the glove and the protective suit. The cuff and cone assembly allows the attachment of a wide range of gloves, from industrial chemical protective gloves to sensitive surgical gloves.
An integrated sock foot designed for use with safety boots worn on the outside of the protective suit. An external splash guard helps prevent liquids from entering the boots.
Integrated overboot with slip-resistant sole and elasticated ankle fit for use with footwear worn inside the protective suit.
