Robust and reliable protective equipment is essential in demanding working environments. The e-breathe e-Flow offers uncompromising respiratory protection against particles, gases and vapours – combined with high wearing comfort, no breathing resistance and no restrictions.

The compact, lightweight respirator impresses with its exceptional robustness, chemical resistance and high protection class. It has been specially developed for demanding applications and long wearing times. It offers a high level of comfort and relieves the user thanks to the battery-powered blower with continuous air flow: there is no breathing resistance, heat build-up in the headpiece is avoided, fogging of the visor is reliably prevented and the resulting overpressure prevents the ingress of harmful substances.

The air flow can be individually regulated via three power levels and also supports work in extreme climatic conditions at high temperatures. The ergonomic, weight-reduced design with slim housing allows maximum freedom of movement even in confined spaces. Various belt options and shoulder harness systems ensure a comfortable fit and balanced weight distribution, allowing the system to be worn either on the hip or on the back.

Available as an e-Flow with Filter box and EN148-1 Round thread connection (9) or as a PAD Box system with sustainable filter pads (8).

The colour display shows all relevant information such as: Volume flow, battery charge level, filter status, head section mode and remaining fan runtime in hours/minutes.

The integrated self-test performs a check of all functions when the appliance is started. The intelligent 2-stage warning system with audible, visual and vibration alarms ensures a high level of safety.

Different belt options and shoulder carrying systems ensure high carrying comfort, ideal weight distribution and offer a suitable option for every application.

7) Wide selection of breathing connections

The e-Flow has a modular design and has different filter holders. Thanks to the interchangeable filter holders, different filter holders (PAD box or filter box) can be used with the e-Flow depending on the area of application. The filter mounting plate of the e-breathe e-Flow with filter box has a DIN round thread connection so that filters with a DIN round thread connection can be connected directly to the blower. Depending on the ambient air and requirements, a particle, gas or combination filter can be used.

Accessories & Spare Parts e-breathe e-Flow PAD-Box

The e-Flow has a modular design and has different filter holders. Thanks to the interchangeable filter holders, different filter holders (PAD box or filter box) can be used with the e-Flow depending on the area of application. In The e-breathe e-Flow with PAD box, the holder for the filter media (ecoPADs) is integrated directly into the housing. The corresponding ecoPAD is inserted directly into the blower and then firmly closed with the corresponding filter covers. This unique concept eliminates the need for a DIN round thread connection, making the entire device flatter and lighter. Depending on the ambient air and requirements, a particle, gas or combination filter can be used.
