e-breathe Respiratory Protection Test Torso – for Standard Testing, Research, and Development

The e-breathe respiratory protection test torso is used in combination with a test head—either the EN-standard Sheffield head or ISO test heads in sizes S, SW, M, LN, and L. This configuration enables the testing of respiratory protection systems with an air supply and facepiece under realistic wearing conditions, such as self-contained breathing apparatus with full-face masks or powered air-purifying respirators with hoods.

The e-breathe respiratory protection test torso allows the direct mounting of the air supply unit on the body and ensures a secure connection of the respiratory interface to the test head. Via standardized interfaces, the torso can be connected to breathing machines or lung simulators, providing reproducible, realistic, and application-oriented test conditions for professional testing, research, and development.
