e-breathe Chemical suits
Positive pressure suits
The e-breathe Chemical Suits are one-piece positive pressure respiratory protective suits that provide the highest level of protection against gases, vapors, solid and liquid chemicals, as well as radioactive contamination, solid and liquid aerosols and particulates. The suits are used in combination with an approved respirator blower or compressed air control valve. Each is available in two styles, with an internal blower or external air source. Equipped with a visor, booties and tapered sleeve, it offers high safety and flexibility. The suit has booties with boot covers and can be used with all suitable boots. The tapered sleeve allows for a liquid-tight connection between glove and suit, either by taping with chemical-resistant tape or by using the e-breathe glove adapter system. Maximum protection for the toughest conditions
- Panoramic visor with distortion-free field of view
- Emergency exit: fast discarding in emergency situations
- Optimal balance between protection and comfort with sufficient distribution of outflowing air in the suit
- Highest protection against gases, vapors, solid and liquid chemicals, as well as radioactive contamination
- Integrated footies with or without outsole

e-breathe Chemical Grey
CHEMICAL GREY INSIDE
The respiratory protection blower is worn inside the suit (only the filters are outside) to avoid contamination of the blower. The associated respiratory protection blower supplies a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute, via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood. This reliably supplies the user with sufficient breathable air. The exhaled air is led out of the suit via four exhaust valves.
CERTIFIED ACCORDING TO EN STANDARDS:
• EN 12941: TH3 with blower filter unit
• EN 14605: Type 3 liquid-tight protective suits
• EN 14605: Type 4 spray-tight suits
• EN 13982: type 5 particle-tight suits
• EN 13034: type 6 conditional spray-tight protective suits
• EN 1073-2: Protection against solid radioactive particles
• EN 14126: type 3B / 4B protection against infectious agents
• EN 1149-1: antistatic properties
• EN 13688: protective clothing General requirements

CHEMICAL GREY OUTSIDE
The air supply is worn outside the suit. This option is required for rapid change (disaster response) of air sources and is therefore suitable for a variety of other air sources. The suit can be dressed and undressed easily and quickly. The system can be changed without removing the suit. The air source blower provides an adjustable fresh air flow of 160-200 liters per minute. The associated compressed air control valve provides a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-280 liters per minute, via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated hood.

ADVANTAGES OF A BLOWER-ASSISTED PROTECTIVE SUIT
Superior protection compared to protective suits:
Fan-assisted suits maintain a positive pressure inside the suit so that any air flow (through valves, zippers, or other design elements) is from the inside out, making the ingress of gases or vapors unlikely.
Superior comfort compared to coveralls and gas-tight suits:
Chemical protective suits are inherently uncomfortable to wear, but the internal respirator blower provides a constant, filtered airflow inside the suit. This gentle, continuous airflow helps regulate temperature, keeping the wearer cooler and increasing comfort.
Increased mobility and longer operating times:
The respirator worn on the back allows the user the greatest possible mobility. Compared to wearing a PAPR hood, the use of a PAPR full protective suit allows longer operating times with greater flexibility and consistent comfort.
