Face shield for blower or compressed air breathing apparatus
The e-breathe Multimask Pro is a modular, ventilated face shield that forms a complete respiratory protection system when combined with an air source such as a blower filter unit or compressed air. Constant positive pressure inside the headpiece prevents contaminants from reaching the user.
Developed with user feedback, the Multimask Pro offers outstanding functionality, comfort and flexibility. Its lightweight modular frame serves as the base for all versions and can be configured for various applications. A wide range of accessories ensures adaptability to different work environments.
The cellulose acetate visor, coated with double-sided anti-fog protection, guarantees a clear, wide field of vision. Various visors are available for temperature, heat or chemical resistance. The frame design protects the visor from scratches, and optional protective films extend durability. The Multimask Face Shield is designed for easy combination with other personal protective equipment such as industrial helmets and ear defenders.
All components — headband, visor and face seal — can be replaced without tools for quick cleaning and maintenance. Improved face seals with a click-in system ensure a secure, comfortable fit and are available in different materials.
With the new Quick Lock connection, only one type of breathing hose is required for all headpieces, simplifying handling and reducing storage costs.

1) ECCENTRIC FASTENER
The eccentric fastener fixes the visor in place with a rotating movement and holds the headgear. The rotating movement presses the visor against the visor seal, providing an additional seal for the mask. The headgear and visor can be replaced quickly and easily without tools.
2) QUICK LOCK HOSE CONNECTION
The Multimask PRO2 has a new Quick Lock hose connection that allows the breathing air hose to be connected safely and easily to the head section. The breathing air hoses are available in different materials and designs, depending on the intended use.
3) CLICK FACE SEAL 2ND GENERATION
The face seals have click-in system for easier and faster installation. The frame of the click face seal is simply pressed into the mask frame. The seals are available in different sizes made from three different materials so that the mask can be customised to the user’s individual needs.
4) EXHALATION VALVE
The exhalation valve is the safest way to remove exhaled air. This prevents a dangerous excess of CO2 and, incidentally, fogging of the visor. It is positioned close to the mouth and thus facilitates communication.
5) COMPATIBILITY
Depending on the specific application, the system can be easily combined with additional hearing or head protection to create a comprehensive safety concept. This modular adaptability makes the face shield an ideal solution for a wide range of applications requiring high mechanical protection for the head and eyes.
