Product overview e-breathe Splash Suit
2) NECK COLLAR
Adjustable, air-permeable neck collar for sufficient airflow in the hood. Allows excess air to flow into the body area for cooling.
3) COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY (OPTIONAL)
In an emergency, the emergency valve can be used to supply the user with compressed air via a compressed air adapter, or the suit can be fully inflated for cleaning purposes during decontamination.
4) LIQUID-PROOF ZIP
Front entry with flexible, liquid-proof zip.
5) GLOVE ADAPTER SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)
The suit can optionally be equipped with a permanently installed glove coupling system (Bayonet Glove Lock System) or used with the e-breathe glove adapter system. Both glove coupling systems allow the use of a wide variety of gloves. Thanks to the adapter, any glove can be securely connected to the suit to provide liquid-tight protection.
6) KNEE & ELBOW REINFORCEMENTS
Reinforced arms and legs for the toughest working conditions.
7) INSIDE BREAST POCKET (OPTIONAL)
The suit has an optional inside breast pocket, e.g. for radio equipment.
8) ATTACHED BOOTS
The suit is made with sewn-on and welded safety boots.
9) INSIDE VARIANT: INTERNAL BLOWER
The e-Flow blower is worn inside the suit and supplies air at a rate of 160-180-200 l/min into the head area of the suit via a breathing hose.
10) FOUR EXHALATION VALVES ON THE SUIT
Two valves on the head area and two on the legs regulate the air pressure and ensure a low CO2 concentration. They also facilitate and enable full freedom of movement.
11) EMERGENCY SUPPLY HOSE CONNECTION /
BREATHING AIR HOSE
The flexible breathing air hose can be attached above the hood or directly in front of the mouth. Optionally, a replaceable mouthpiece for emergency situations can be attached to the breathing air hose.

Product description e-breathe Splash Suit
Inside variant:
Internal respiratory protection blower
The respiratory protection blower is worn inside the suit (only the filters are outside) to prevent contamination of the blower. The associated respiratory protection blower supplies a constant (adjustable) fresh air flow of 160-200 litres per minute via the breathing air hose into the air duct of the integrated bonnet. This ensures that the user is reliably supplied with sufficient breathable air. The exhaled air is channelled out of the suit via four outflow valves.
Protective suit for the toughest conditions
The material of the e-breathe Splash 2 consists of high-quality elastomer fabric with a special film laminate. The resulting resistance and mechanical resilience make the suit suitable for a wide range of applications in all areas.
High level of safety and flexibility
The suit is equipped with a large visor in the eye and head area offering a wide field of vision. The suit has firmly sewn and welded safety boots. The conical sleeve enables a liquid-tight connection between the glove and the suit, either by taping it with chemical-resistant tape or by using the e-breathe glove adapter system or by installing a fixed glove coupling system.
Emergency function with emergency hose (not possible with compressed air)
In the exceptional circumstance of a blower failure or if the danger zone cannot be left in time, the user can supply themselves with breathable air using an emergency hose. A mouthpiece is attached to the end of the breathing air hose for this purpose. In an emergency, the user can draw in breathable and filtered air through the breathing air hose and the blower connected to it using their own lung power.
Maximum comfort
The suit is made with a Y-cut, giving the user maximum freedom of movement. The special cut allows the user to reach inside the suit at any time. The air-permeable neck seal with drawstring not only ensures optimal airflow in the hood, but also allows excess air to flow into the body area of the suit, thus providing indirect cooling and improved air circulation.
Optional extras and customisation
The equipment can be customised with individual markings on the arm, back and chest in black lettering upon customer request. A special, more economical trainer version is available for practice and training purposes. It is made from a non-chemical-resistant PVC coating on polyester fabric and is intended exclusively for training and educational purposes.
Made in Germany
To ensure high product quality, the suit is manufactured in Germany. All servicing, maintenance and repairs of the suits are also carried out in Germany. This minimises downtime due to long transport routes and/or poor availability of spare parts and ensures that a defective suit can be quickly returned to service.
Material
The material of the Splash 2 (Mega-Divetex) consists of a durable base fabric with integrated carbon fibers that provide tensile strength and a permanent antistatic effect. Despite the reinforcement, the fabric remains stretchable and flexible. A PVC coating makes the surface resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and water, while also being easy to clean.
